Sophie teaches a moderate vinyasa flow class. Vinyasa means to place in a special way, but it has also become a term used to describe the method of yoga in which the movements are guided by the breath and in coordination with the breath. Sophie likes to focus on the alignment of the poses, and leads a strong, yet safe yoga practice.


Pilates

PILATES

An intensive mat based workout, which will target the body’s core stabilizing muscles. Each session will specifically strengthen the gluteals, core and arms, while improving spinal mobility and flexibility. Sophie fuses elements of traditional Pilates with functional-full body fitness and aims to always find the balance between building up a burn, allowing space to breathe and finding correct alignment in every class.

REIKI

Reiki is Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force Energy. The vibration of Love and Light. "Modern scientific studies have concluded that the entire universe consists of vibrations or waves. We are surrounded by vibrations and are in fact vibrations ourselves. Reiki is one of those vibrations that fills the universe" (Gendai Reiki Healing Association). It is an ancient hands-on self healing and relaxation method based on the transference of vital energy. Utilizing the methods within the Reiki system, the Reiki practitioner transfers energy, via the hands, to another.  The result is a deeply relaxing experience for both the practitioner and the person receiving.

If you are looking for a spiritual healing session that combines all of the above, then movement, mantra and manifestation is the session for you. This session interweaves the movement of Yoga, with Reiki therapy, with mantra and journaling practices to achieve your deepest desires, to align with your authentic self and to become the best version of you, you can be.
